The origins :
The Yoni egg is an ancestral energy practice of Chinese origin. This Taoist practice known as the jade egg has remained secret for hundreds of years, only taught to certain noble women in the imperial palace. Nowadays, it is known as Yoni Eggs. The term Yoni designates in Sanskrit the female genital organ. It means "origin", the place of the sacred feminine.

The Yoni egg acts energetically at the level of the 1st and 2nd chakra. The 1st chakra is the door where our Life energy originates. It is also the threshold, the basis, the support of our interior house, the foundation of our stability and our security. The 2nd chakra is in relation with our reproductive organs, it is the creative energy which circulates, the energy which puts us back in connection with our polarity of woman and our intimate territory, our feminine power. Working with the yoni egg allows the stagnant energies of the small pelvis to be freed, put in motion and harmonized the link with the deep feminine.

Which size of Egg to choose?

The smaller size is reserved for more advanced work. However, remember that your feelings are the most important. If you feel that an M or L size egg isn't right for you, listen to yourself and start with a size S egg.
